Submerge the probe for at least 30 seconds at least 1″ into a’slush’ of crushed ice and water (32 degrees Fahrenheit / 0 degrees Celsius). To reset the calibration to 32oF/0oC, press MAX/? or HOLD/? on your keyboard. To confirm calibration, press and hold the SET button (“—-” and “OK” will appear). The calibration process is complete.
